Since 1983, the Community Behavioral Health Association of Maryland has represented community-based behavioral health providers. Our mission is twofold: to advocate for state policies that expand access to behavioral health services, and to support our members in delivering high-quality services. CBH reviews every regulation and bill proposed in Maryland to evaluate its impact on the community behavioral health system. CBH offers formal comments on regulations throughout the year, as well as formal testimony on over 30 bills every legislative session.
