This community is a dedicated space for our Board of Directors to connect with other Board members and find materials for Board and committee meetings.

This community is a space for the CEOs and Executive Directors of member organizations to connect with other leaders from around the state.
Child Welfare
Do you provide services to children and youth in out-of-home places? This is the place for you to connect with others in the space.
Crisis Services and Call Centers
A place for members providing crisis services services or call centers to share resources and ideas.
Human Resources
Looking to connect with other HR staff or have an HR-related question? This is a great place to start.
Measurement-Based Care
Members participating in standardized use and collection of measurement informed care are invited to participate.
Open Community Forum
This is a general forum to ask questions about the platform or membership, give feedback, or connect with other members outside of the topic-specific communities. This forum is also where CBH will post general announcements, like upcoming events or welcoming new member organizations. Members are automatically added to this community when their account is created.
Outpatient Services
A space for members operating OMHCs, outpatient substance-use treatment, and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) looking to connect with other organizations to share ideas and best practices.
Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)
This is where members from organizations providing community supports can share resources and ask questions.
Public Policy
This group keeps members informed on behavioral health policy, with a focus on Maryland legislation, regulations, and advocacy, plus relevant federal updates. Use this space to stay current, share emerging issues, learn about CBH’s priorities, and find ways to engage in advocacy efforts that strengthen the public behavioral health system.
Residential Services
A space for our members who provide residential services - this includes Residential Rehabilitation, Residential Crisis, Permanent Supportive Housing and SUD residential level 3.1 and above. A great place to go with questions or concerns around all things related to residential services.
School Mental Health
Do you provide school-based mental health services? Joining this community will connect you to others who are in the same space.

Platform Highlights
Smart Newsletter: The smart newsletter is an automated newsletter that shows you content from the site tailored to you. Similar to your activity feed, the newsletter will pull content from communities you follow and other content across the site that it thinks you would like based on your use of the site.
Member Directory: The member directory is the "people search" tool in the community. It provides a convenient way to find other members and to quickly and easily access their profiles, send them a message, and add them as Contacts.
Events: The community platform gives you exclusive access to member-only events and meetings like our Annual Membership Meeting, our Executive Retreat, and various workgroup meetings and trainings.
Resource Libraries: The resource libraries help members quickly find relevant information such as guides, publications, presentations, flyers, and other documents shared for the exclusive use of our members, while encouraging knowledge sharing and ongoing learning.
Engagement Points and Leaderboard: Engaging with content on the platform, like creating or replying to discussion posts, posting resources, or attending events, can earn you engagement points which get's you a spot on the engagement leaderboard, ribbons and badges on your profile, and maybe even some prizes at events.
