1. Application: Complete a membership application and email completed application to info@mdcbh.org.
2. Wait for Approval: Applications are thoroughly reviewed and approved by our CBH staff typically within a week.
3. Pay your Dues: Once your application is approved, you will receive an invoice for your first year dues; your membership begins upon payment.
4. Welcome & Orientation: To begin your membership, you will receive a welcome email with more information on your membership, including how to get connected to our listservs, weekly newsletter, and learning communities. You can also view our Member Handbook. Learn more about how to get involved in advocacy and get connected with other providers! New member orientation is held once a month.
