Nicole manages practice improvement and public policy advocacy for a portfolio of services, including 988 hotlines, mobile crisis and crisis stabilization services, outpatient treatment, as well as residential or specialty care for mental health and addiction conditions, including residential or treatment programs for children and youth with child welfare involvement.
